Elegantly poised in Denver's downtown historic district and across the street from the Center for Performing Arts, the Hotel Teatro has risen to glory as one of Denver's luxury boutique hotels. Hotel Features. Hotel Teatro was built in 1911 and was originally the Denver Tramway Building. The hotel was renovated in 2008. The two restaurants in the Hotel Teatro include PRIMA, where stone floors, vast windows assignments and dark wood paneling create an exciting stage for afternoon tea among urban professionals and theatre pundits.
